+- `hugo server -b localhost/starter` launch a test server on your local machine
+    - -b is for baseURL option depend to configuration
+    - you can add -t with theme name if you have few theme installed
+-  `hugo new site .` create a new site skeleton
+-  `hugo new test.md ` create a new file in content folder
+- `hugo` compile site
